Perpetual Time Management Solution
The Persimmony Perpetual Time Management (PTM) Solution is a comprehensive real-time paperless solution for tracking, storing and reporting out on employee time. Our secure online time tracking, time study and electronic time card solution has been designed to meet the needs of business, healthcare and county and state government organizations - especially those reporting MAA or participating in TCM.
Persimmony's PTM Solution provides supervisors and their staff with seamless electronic tracking of work-related time and tasks and eliminates the need for separate work-task tracking methods or paper-based spreadsheets. Persimmony's time study solution is configurable and customizable and can be accessed on any laptop, iPad or handheld device at the point of service to:
- simplify time survery for MAA and TCM providers and others implementing periodic or perpetual time study;
- minimize time spent tracking and recording work-related time and tasks; and
- provide LIVE access to real-time scheduling and time survey data.

- Digital or Hardcopy Signatures – Summary and Daily reports can be signed digitally or printed for hardcopy signature.
- Reconciliation Reports for internal information including payroll data can be run by employee or group.
- Live Data Dashboard reports for up-to-the-minute detail of all daily and summary reports.
