Solutions
Persimmony’s database solutions are all relational database applications developed with Microsoft SQL 2000 andserved up over the Internet. All data entered into any of the application’s data fields are entered real-time. There are no save buttons to search for or batch ‘saved uploads’ to worry about. And most importantly, we are not limited by computer platform because all platforms work. Persimmony’s solutions are completely scalable in their architecture.
Persimmony First 5 Database Features & Solutions
Client Interface for Funded Programs
- Quickly master easy-to-use interface.
- No getting lost in the application because you enter all data on one screen.
- Unused data fields can be hidden to simplify interface.
- Learn the system or review how to enter data in the system with just-in-time online training videos.
- Data fields appear if data entry is required.
- Database design ensures that putting data into the system is just as easy as pulling data out of the system.
- Data fields programmed for ‘smart fields’ to ensure proper data is entered.
- Intelligent programming for data fields to calculate age, consent expiration, etc. to assure data integrity and reduce data entry.
- Keyboard tabs and mouse both activated for data entry.
- Designed for family units so adding family members is completed without re-entering duplicate demographic data.
- Add program, organization and contract data aligned to the Commission’s contract management methodology.
- Funded agency contract information entered once, database does the rest.
- Automated contract renewal (from one funding year to the next). Simply select the new year then ‘copy over’ the strategic alignments and milestones.
- Store and track and unlimited number of individual’s and their contact information (contact information can also be associated with multiple funded programs).
- Complete content management system for ‘paperless office’ of the 21st Century.
- Upload and access contracts, insurance forms, and other contract documents specific to each funded program.
- Multiple methods to search for clients.
- Can’t get lost moving from screen to screen as there is just one screen to add all core client data (demographics, surveys, services, and aggregate service data).
- Data collection for all individual non-duplicated participant demographics.
- Collect and track consent information.
- Encryption and unique logon/passwords ensure that you are only able to access data about clients in your program.
- If two or more programs collaborate and share clients via an MOU or an initiative contract, database allows you to share clients across programs.
- Client information is extremely secure and completely unduplicated within that program’s data.
- Reports run at the funded program level ensure secure, confidential and accurate data about the clients being served by that program.
- Group lists of participants ‘who received the same service’ can be created so that batch updating can occur.
- Allow for faster updates to services received and ensures data integrity.
- Individuals absent for activity can be de-selected so their records are not updated and only those who received service get updated.
- Aggregate data collection of state required elements including but not limited to ethnicity, language, unduplicated counts, and ages.
- Aggregate additional data to allow service counts, gender, insurance, modality, activity, as well as custom questions for aggregated data collection.
- Define, track and assess important milestones for program management as well as outcomes based assessment.
- Allow funded agencies to submit monthly or quarterly work plan updates to the Commission, including milestone progress tracking of outcomes, contract performance, service numbers, and program goals (all by fiscal year).
- Collect duplicated and non-duplicated participant data as well as comprehensive demographic and consent information.
- Survey questions can be set up with custom numbering to mimic hard copy survey used during client interviews - rather than having the database dictate how the survey should look).
- Add or customize an unlimited number of surveys/questionnaires.
- Set up, modify, or close out services, targets, and goals from fiscal year to fiscal year.
- Collect and analyze surveys including but not limited to MDRDP, DRDP, ASQ surveys, and Parent Behavior Checklists.
- Collect client data across multiple fiscal years with new, continuing and terminated clients counted in a dashboard ‘program stats’ report that shows the ACTUAL number of clients being serviced over time.
- Add narrative data (i.e., challenges to the effective service provision, program successes and strategies to overcome the challenges).
- Pull narrative ‘story’ into funded program reports - filtered on or across programs (i.e., to report on all ‘program successes’ for a given initiative).
- Real-time access to point-and-click data reports (tables, graphs and GIS maps) across all levels of the application 24-hours every day.
- Easy-to-use drop-down report filters within one pane so that users can refine and narrow each data field in the selected report.
- Unlimited number of reports that cross tabulate data against any field within the database, including any of the core demographic elements.
- If there is not a standard report in the system that meets your needs, Persimmony will built it for free.
- Short report run-times so users can access, then save, print or send up-to-the-minute data reports within seconds.
- Milestone and participant-level reports that assist in both data collection and data quality assurance.
- Interactive data normalization reports highlight data entry errors as well as other data integrity errors.
- Use advanced filtering to refine and drill deeper within the report data for additional reports and charts.
- Save or print in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF, Snapshot or an Image file at any time.
