Services and Project Management

All Persimmony data system projects are managed by experienced Persimmony staff that know and understand data management, data collection and evaluation criteria.

Persimmony personnel coordinate closely with client staff and their evaluation consultants so that the organization’s strategic and evaluation plans are implemented effectively. Our project management experience with other clients provides us with a reliable template for best practices when building and then maintaining a close relationship with those collecting data, including but not limited to:

Standard meetings to discuss evaluation data activities.
Ongoing email, telephone and in-person meetings with Program Officers and Program Assistants to discuss contractor performance as well as any other data management issues.
Coordinated funded programming trainings (evaluator and data manager) on data collection and data entry.
Regular meetings to discuss and share evaluation questions across funded programs to maximize the usefulness of the data system as an evaluation tool.

Persimmony’s highly qualified data management team has extensive experience in data services and will meet to review progress and plan the work specific to your needs. Persimmony project managers:

Report to your appointed liaison for data solution management.
Oversee all data management and administrative operations, including oversight of work plans and implementation of Persimmony software.
Ensure all specific contract deliverables are met in a timely manner.
Oversee the specification, configuration, revision and deployment of all Persimmony database technology solutions; including a wide range of data (qualitative, quantitative, and follow-up).
Manage and supervise end user training, technical support processes, data monitoring, and data quality.
Coordinate meetings with local evaluators to streamline data needs.
Oversee the design, development and architecture behind all applications to ensure they are reliable, flexible, and efficient.
Monitor all live production database hosting solutions and related services including data centers and any purchased services.
